  • They explained every step in plain English and fought for us when it mattered. I never once felt alone in the process — every call was returned the same day.

Common questions

Asked on almost every first call

How much will my case cost?

It depends on the kind of matter, and we'll always tell you before we start. Many services — like wills, LLC formation, and uncontested matters — are flat fees you know up front. Injury cases are contingency: you pay nothing unless we recover for you. For hourly matters, we give you a realistic estimate at the first meeting and flag it early if anything changes.

Is the first consultation really free?

Yes. The first conversation is about whether we can help and whether we're the right fit — you shouldn't have to pay to find that out. You'll leave the consultation knowing your options, your likely costs, and your next step, whether or not you hire us.

What should I bring to my first meeting?

Bring whatever documents touch your situation — contracts, letters, court papers, police reports, photos, insurance correspondence. Don't worry about organizing them perfectly; that's our job. If you're not sure something matters, bring it anyway. A one-page timeline of events in your own words is also enormously helpful.

Will my case go to court?

Most don't. The majority of matters we handle settle through negotiation or mediation, which is usually faster, less expensive, and less stressful. That said, we prepare every case as if it will go to trial — that preparation is exactly what produces good settlements. If court is the right path for you, we'll be ready.
