Biography
Daniel spent six years as a public defender before joining the firm, trying more than forty cases to verdict. That courtroom experience shapes everything he does: prosecutors and insurance companies know he prepares every case as if it will go to trial — which is exactly why most of them don't have to.
He leads the firm's criminal defense and injury practices and takes the 2 a.m. arrest calls himself.
