Before law school, James ran his family's restaurant for four years — so when a small business owner explains a problem, he's usually lived it. He handles entity formation, contracts, lease reviews, and property transactions for the firm's business clients.
His goal on every matter: paperwork that prevents the dispute instead of paperwork that wins it.
